The Digital department is leading the strategic transformation of Avios into a digitally-driven business offering products and services which build customer loyalty for IAG and partner brands. We develop technology assets and go beyond into the evolution of our business model, ways of working, processes and goals.

Opportunities can include: Digital Technology, Mobile Apps, UX/UI Designers, API, Product Manager and Developer roles.


The Commercial department drives and manages commercial activity for the Avios currency. The scope covers B2B partnerships with leading airlines and non-air partners, business development, commercial operations and B2C Avios customer pricing. By developing, maintaining and growing commercial performance, the team delivers benefits for customers, AGL and IAG.

Opportunities can include: Account Management (internally we call this Partnerships), Air Partner Management, Pricing and Onboarding.


Finance operates at the heart of the business, providing strategic decision support to the whole organisation in order to drive growth and shareholder value. We make sure that appropriate governance and controls are in place and manage all core finance processes. We engage with key stakeholders and build relationships throughout IAG. Professional, analytic and commercial, our focus is on transparency, simplicity, value add and a culture of continuous improvement.

Opportunities can include: Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance/Analysis, Financial Operations and Financial Planning departments.

Group Airline Loyalty

The Group Airline Loyalty department leads and delivers our loyalty programme strategy. Our focus is on the many elements which build customer loyalty, and place great importance on optimising customers' experience of Avios. We are always building business intelligence on airlines, travel and loyalty programmes. To fully understand our customers, we carry out deep dive customer analysis using leading data tools and techniques. Against this background we plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programmes and propositions in conjunction with our partners to drive customer loyalty.

Opportunities can include: Proposition, CRM, Data, Analytics and Insight roles.
