Our Graduate Programme has been developed to accommodate the fast pace and growing nature of our unique business. It allows highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals like you to bring a new perspective to the business.
During your two year development programme, you’ll get the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects, alongside some of our senior leaders and inject fresh ideas into our teams.
The programme consist of 4 rotations and you could find yourself in any one of the following departments:
- Corporate Development & Strategy
- Digital & Innovation
- Travel & Pricing

Here are some of the key skills/qualifications that we're looking for:
- On track for, or achieved, at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) in any degree discipline
- 12 months’ previous work experience – this can be made up of internships, placements or other part/full-time work experience
- An innovative and professional approach
- Interest in travel and/or loyalty industry
