If your application meets our criteria you will be invited to a telephone interview. This will consist of questions about Avios and a series of competency based questions which are built around our values. The interview will take place with either a member of the Recruitment Team or one of the current graduates.

Should you be successful in your telephone interview you will be asked to complete online verbal and numerical tests which take approximately 20 minutes each
Great news, if you are successful in the above stages you will be invited to a final stage assessment centre which take place in our Gatwick head offices over a variety of dates you can choose from. The assessment centre is carried out over a day and typically includes an individual presentation, a competency based interview, a case study and a group exercise. You will not only get the opportunity to meet the recruitment team but also some of our current graduates, managers and other individuals in the business. With a variety of presentations given by us too, this day proves an excellent opportunity to learn about the business and ask as many questions as you like.
After your assessment centre we will contact you with feedback – if you are successful you will be offered a position for our September intake - Best of luck! The recruitment team are extremely hands on during this process and are always here to answer any questions you may have.
